At Repaired Collective, we provide professional mobile device repair services. Because our work involves custom labor and the installation of hardware components into your personal device, our policy is straightforward:
1. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS
All sales are final. Once a repair is completed and the device is accepted by the customer, we do not offer returns or refunds on services rendered or parts installed.
2. SERVICE NATURE
As a service-based business, labor costs are non-refundable. Mobile service fees (for on-site visits) are non-refundable once the technician has arrived at the service location.
3. HARDWARE WARRANTY (OUR QUALITY GUARANTEE)
While we do not offer returns, we stand behind our craftsmanship. All hardware repairs are covered by a 90-day limited warranty on the specific parts replaced. If a part we installed is found to have a manufacturing defect within 90 days, we will replace it at no additional cost to you.
Note: This warranty does not cover new physical damage, liquid damage, or issues unrelated to the original repair.
